Reminders for the Day

I was driving in the car a few days ago and I heard two songs back to back that reminded me who I was and how loved I am.  It was a perfect timing kind of moment... I needed the uplift as I was dragging that morning, feeling a little tired and weary, overburdened and down on myself.  God is so good.  I am sharing these two songs, my God visit of that morning, with you guys because I know I am not the only one who needs the lift that only Jesus can give.  Enjoy!  These songs are speaking to and about you!

Lord, thank You that You love us unconditionally, totally and eternally.  Remind us of this often and remind us who we are in You, especially when we feel so bogged down in worldly concerns, life's turmoil and even our own shortcomings and failures,   I thank You that You give music to us, to lift us up and make our heart smile.  Let Your love come through these songs today to each person reading this.  Remind them that You are rejoicing over them with singing, and that Your love knows no bounds.  In Jesus' loving Name.  Amen.
