I heard a song on Sunday that I had not heard before. Oh it so speaks to my life. Everyday, I desire to let Christ alone shine through me. Every day it is Him and not me. I am for ever grateful for His deliverance, His redemption of me. I'm reminded of John 15:4-5 Remain in me, and I will remain in you. For a branch cannot produce fruit if it is severed from the vine, and you cannot be fruitful unless you remain in me. 5 “Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing.
This song is a beautiful story of the Christian life. Redeemed, lived, carried, forgiven, strengthened...all only through Christ, by Christ and for Christ. To Him be the glory.
